Creative Wellbeing Workshops

Each workshop is a relaxed, guided creative session designed for adults. No experience is needed, just an interest in trying something different and taking a break from the everyday.

Who they're for:

Community groups and centres looking to offer something new for members

Businesses booking team wellbeing sessions

Adult groups looking for a creative, low-pressure activity

Currently available across County Donegal, with sessions further afield considered on request.

All materials required to participate in the workshops will be provided
